StreakSync is available on the App Store.
StreakSync (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a personal streak-tracking app for daily word games. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
All data is used exclusively to operate the app:

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.
StreakSync uses the following third-party services that process data on our behalf:
Google Firebase (Firestore + Authentication) Your game results, profile, friend connections, and scores are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Firebase Authentication manages your account. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
Sign In with Apple If you sign in with Apple, Apple’s authentication service verifies your identity. Apple’s privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy
Google Sign-In If you sign in with Google, Google’s OAuth service verifies your identity. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
We have no relationship with any other third-party data processors.
Your data is retained until you delete your account. When you delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete Account), we permanently delete:
Data stored locally on your device (preferences, cached results) is cleared automatically when you delete the account or uninstall the app.
StreakSync is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest in Firestore is encrypted by Google. Score data on the leaderboard is only readable by the user who posted it and their mutual friends — enforced by Firestore security rules.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
